Hannah is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 20 years of experience in legal standing. She is currently practicing Law in the name and style of Hannah Muriithi & Co. Advocates in Nairobi, specializing in Legal Research & consultancy, Legal Audit and Emerging Areas of Law.
Hannah has previously served on various other Boards, including state corporations, prior to her appointment as the Chairperson, KDIC Board of Directors.
As Chair of the Task Force for Universal Health Coverage (UHC), notable achievements in Hannah’s governance pathway was the formulation of the UHC framework, currently documented in the Government's vision and Development Blueprint as one of the keys in the 'Big four’ Agenda. The strategy guarantees accessible, affordable and sustainable health insurance. (2018-2021)
Further, Hannah was the Founder Chairperson of the Board of Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), where she spearheaded the operationalization of the organization from inception to become one of the revered parastatals in the Country.
She has served as the Chairperson of a Task Force under the Ministry of Agriculture, which as per its Terms of Reference, succeeded in consolidating 8 parastatals dealing with coffee, tea, sugar, horticulture, pyrethrum, sisal, cotton, coconut to form one parastatal called Agriculture Fisheries and Food Authority (AFFA).
Hannah holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Moi University (MBA), a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (Dip KSL). She is also a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPS.K). An active member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICSK).

DR. KAMAU THUGGE, C.B.S.

Dr. Kamau Thugge, C.B.S., is the tenth Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), and has been in office since June 19, 2023. Dr. Thugge joined CBK after a long and distinguished career in the international and Kenyan public service. He worked in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in both policymaking and non-policymaking departments. These include the Policy Review and Development Department and the Trade Policy Division. In these roles, Dr. Thugge helped to design the Highly Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) Initiative as well as other policy initiatives. He also worked on various Article IV missions. Dr. Thugge also served as Mission Chief to Botswana and Lesotho in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis,. Dr. Thugge has held various senior roles in Kenya, including as the Head of the Fiscal and Monetary Affairs Department at the National Treasury, as Economic Secretary and as Senior Economic Advisor. Dr. Thugge also served as Principal Secretary at the National Treasury, and lately as Senior Advisor to the President and Head of Fiscal and Budget Affairs. Dr. Thugge helped to design and implement various laws including the Public Finance Management Act, the Commission on Revenue Allocation Act, the Independent Officers (Appointment) Act, the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, and many more. In these roles, he also served on various boards including that of the Central Bank of Kenya, the Monetary Policy Advisory Committee (and later the Monetary Policy Committee), the Kenya Revenue Authority and the Capital Markets Authority. The Governor holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Colorado College, and Master’s and PhD Degrees in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in the United States.

The Hon. CPA John Mbadi Ng'ongo, EGH Cabinet Secretary, The National Treasury and Economic Planning
Hon. John Mbadi is the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for The National Treasury and Economic Planning. Before his appointment, Hon. Mbadi had an extensive career in public service, most recently serving as a nominated Member of Parliament (MP) and the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee in the National Assembly.
The CS has a rich history in legislative leadership, having served as the elected MP for Suba South Constituency, Suba Constituency, and Gwassi Constituency. His experience extends to roles such as Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister and Leader of Minority in the National Assembly. Throughout his parliamentary tenure, he was a member of numerous key committees, including the House Business Committee, Liaison Committee, Budget and Appropriations Committee, Selection Committee, Appointments Committee, Public Accounts Committee, Public Investments Committee, Constitutional Implementation Committee, the Ad Hoc Committee on the Cost of Living, and the Defence and Foreign Relations Committee. Notably, he was also a member of the Legislative Taskforce responsible for drafting the Public Finance Management Act of 2012.
In addition to his political and legislative accomplishments, the CS is a seasoned finance professional with 28 years of experience. He has held the position of Accountant at the University of Nairobi and served as the Chair of Medair East Africa. Hon. Mbadi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Nairobi and is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). His professional affiliations extend to the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
Hon. Mbadi's contributions have been recognized with honours such as the Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear (CBS) and Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH). His skills span planning, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, economics, and community development, complemented by strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. His areas of interest include politics, reading, and soccer.

Joseph Kiptoo Ng’etich is an accomplished Human Resource Practitioner with over 25 years of experience cutting across public and private sectors, academia and consulting.
Mr. Ng’etich has thus served in various organizations among them KASNEB, KCCT (Currently Multimedia University), Bob Morgan Services Ltd and Kapsabet Nandi Water and Sanitation Company (KENAWASCO) where he currently sits as an independent non-executive board member.
He is credited for various achievements such as averting looming strikes of workers through strategic negotiations, guiding the formulation of policies, structure reviews and restructuring of companies.
Mr Ng’etich has also spearheaded initiatives to create and motivate teams and rolled out performance management systems to enhance productivity
Some of his areas of interest include leadership and governance, strategy development and execution, general management and administration, change management, organizational restructuring, capacity building and talent management.
Mr. Ng’etich is currently pursuing a doctorate degree (DBA) in Leadership & Organizational Change at United States International University (USIU).
He holds a double MBA degree in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management from USIU, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Law (Paralegal).
He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Institute of Directors.

Paul Orem is currently the Managing Partner/CEO at Chiromo Capital Partners Ltd, a boutique corporate financial advisory company. He brings on board experience from previous roles at ABC Capital Limited, International Executive Service Corps (IESC), NCBA Bank PLC, Dyer & Blair Investment Bank Ltd, Bank of Africa PLC, CFC Stanbic Financial Services Ltd, Old Mutual Asset Managers EA PLC and Madison Insurance Company Ltd. Mr. Orem has served in several senior management positions as the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, General Manager, Senior Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, Investment Manager and Research Manager. He has also served as a member of board of directors in several companies and schools in Kenya.
Mr. Orem holds a Bachelor of Commerce Finance Option from the University of Nairobi, Post Graduate Diploma Certificate from Middlesex University, Certificates in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Unlocking Investment & Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs) from World Bank Group Open Learning Campus and CFA Level 1 from the CFA Institute. He is currently finalizing his MSc programme in Applied Finance and Investment from Charles Sturt University. His robust skill set includes Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Debt and Equity Investment Advisory, Green, Social and Sustainable Bond, Family Business Advisory, Investment Portfolio Management, Research Analysis and Analyst.
Mr. Orem’s major career milestone achievements include development of financial valuation models for equity and fixed income securities used by portfolio managers and traders in the market; A co-manager in the first historic Kenya International Sovereign Debt - Eurobond that raised USD2.75 billion oversubscribed by 375%; Introduction of Tana Africa Capital to both Quality Meat Packers (QMP) and Furniture Place (FP) as private equity investor; Consortium team member and leader of Kengen financial advisory and arranging services of the rights issue that raised USD 265 million and proposal for issuance of Asset Backed Securities (ABS) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP); A team leader in the restructuring of Kenya Power & Lighting Company balance sheet that led to conversion of Government of Kenya (GoK) preferential shares into ordinary shares that led reduction of GoK shareholdings to 50 plus 1 percent where rights issue raised USD103 million; Team leaders in the Corporate Bond and rights issues Centum, Britam, I&M Bank, Shelter Afrique, Family Bank that were all oversubscribed as well as the reverse takeover of City Trust by I&M Bank; Team leader in the transaction advisories of GoK Kenya Isolated Power Stations across the country, privatization of hotels, EA Portland Cement, Kenya Meat Commission; and among other transaction advisory and transaction mandates.

RAIMOND MOLENJE

Raimond Molenje is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA), where he steers the Association’s strategic direction, focusing on banking industry advocacy, development, sustainability, industry capacity building and stakeholder relationships.
Raimond has been with KBA since 2018, previously serving as Director of Legal, Human Resources, and Policy Advocacy. He was appointed CEO in 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of diverse experience in legal and regulatory practice, human resources leadership, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
He has held senior leadership roles across various sectors including banking, energy, and manufacturing, as well as within prominent business member organizations. His previous roles include corporate legal counsel, human resources advisor, and industrial and employee relations specialist. Prior to joining KBA, Raimond worked with De LaRue, Equity Bank, the Federation of Kenya Employers, and the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation. He began his professional journey in private legal practice, specializing in civil and commercial litigation.
Raimond currently represents the banking industry on several boards, including the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC), the Auctioneers and Licensing Board, and the Mediation Accreditation Committee. He is deeply committed to the economic empowerment and development of individuals and businesses, with a strong focus on enhancing financial health.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. Raimond is also a practicing member of both the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). He holds academic credentials from the University of Nairobi, the Kenya School of Law, and Cambridge International College (UK).

ANNE KAMAIS LOKIDOR

Anne Kamais Lokidor is an IT Consultant with over 13 years’ experience in Public service and 5 years as a consultant in the field of Technology, Communication and Media and Marketing. She has previously worked with the Ministry of Agriculture at the National Cereals and Produce Board, Nairobi City County Government and Endeleza Sports Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Her achievements in the Public sector include: Implementing Applications and Infrastructure projects for a World Bank Project, over a period of three years, for Kenya Municipal Technology Project Ejiji Pay, one of the E-payment system projects implemented, has gained national and international acclaim having been awarded first position in 2016 at the Kenya customer service week as ‘the best innovative solution to ease provision of service to the public.’ and 2nd best IT solution in Rwanda after Kigali. A second project was building a state-of-the-Art Data Centre that is currently being used a source of revenue by the County Government. Other projects implemented over the years include the unified communication system that includes an email system and structured cabling for the provision of WAN and LAN services and an interactive website. She was also instrumental in the Nairobi County Education Taskforce that culminated in implementation of Governor’s Scholarship that provides scholarships to bright and needy students in secondary school as well as providing meals to the ECDE centers in the county. She was also responsible for resource mobilization especially looking for partners to collaborate with to help improve school infrastructure in public schools and 5 new schools were built in existing schools. She has worked in public policy formulation after exiting public service.
She is experience in sports management and sports policy formulation and has been recognized in the field of sports notably for the role played as;
- The Vice Chairperson of the Local Organizing Committee of IAAF for the World under 18 Athletics Championship,
- A member of Local Organizing Committee of CHAN 2017,
- Chairperson of the Organizing Committee Nairobi Governor’s Cup Football Tournament
- Chairperson of the County Organizing Committee Nairobi of National Maisha League 2017 by the National Aids Control Council.
- She has sat in several Boards notably, the Nairobi County Education Board, Nairobi Technical College Board and Nairobi County Liquor Licensing and Control Board and as a Member of Kenya Memory of the world expert committee (UNESCO)

She has thus achieved remarkable successes in her transformative agenda, striking a balance between cost reduction, efficiency and high productivity through the savvy implementation of process improvements.
As a passionate, and service-oriented thought leader, Mrs. Chepkwony has proven ability to direct and enhance operations across dynamic environments, combining exceptional skills with a proactive work ethic and commitment to achieve organizational success.
Mrs. Chepkwony has been instrumental in sector engagements, taking a lead role in the formulation of requisite financial policies through extensive research, immensely contributing to the entrenchment of Kenya’s economic blue-print and engagement in regional trade, fostering financial stability and more fundamentally, the overall economic agenda of the country.
Specific highlights include her contribution to the Financial Sector Assessment Program with the International Monetary Fund, formulation of key frameworks that saw among others, KDIC’s transition into a fully-fledged State Corporation and deposit insurer, resolution of problem banks as well as the upward review of the Corporation’s coverage limit of Ksh. 500,000.
Having begun her career at the then Ministry of Finance, now The National Treasury and Economic Planning, Mrs. Chepkwony has served in various capacities including her latest posting at the Central Bank of Kenya, prior to her appointment as KDIC’s acting Chief Executive Officer.

Eunice Kitche-Oduor (Mrs) is a legal practitioner with 19 years hands on experience and exposure in legal practice, leadership and management. She has worked for 4 years in active litigation and conveyancing and 12 years as a Company Secretary and Head of Legal department in various state corporations. She has served under different sectors within the government, boards and CEO’s and in the process accumulated a unique appreciation of government thinking and direction in the Boards of State Corporations.
Eunice holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), from the University of Nairobi, a diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Maseno University.
